The Customer section provides the contract-level context for all environments and usage within the Cloud Management Portal. It ensures that environments, consumption, and SLA tracking are aligned with your subscription.
This section includes details such as:
- Contract number
- Subscription details
- Associated environments
To find out the details and terms of a contract, details, click View:

All the contract details are read-only. Only an Omada administrator can update them.
All environments in the Cloud Management Portal are linked to a contract.
This means:
- New environments are created under a specific contract.
- Consumption and usage are tracked per contract.
- SLA and availability apply within the contract scope.
