Supported SAP version

To be able to generate the SAP Web services, the SAP NetWeaver application server must be running version 7.00. For the ABAP stack, SAP and ABA Support Package 14 or higher is required.

The Omada SAP Connectivity provides dedicated connectivity to on-premise SAP systems.

The following objects are managed on all SAP systems:

  • Users

  • Profiles and profile assignments

  • Single and composite roles, including the role hierarchy

    (Resource or ParentChild relationship imported to the Omada Data Warehouse).

  • Assignments to single and composite roles

The following HR objects are imported from SAP HR systems:

  • Identities
  • Managers
  • Organizational units and assignments
  • Companies and assignments
  • Cost centers and assignments
  • Personnel areas and assignments
  • Personnel sub areas and assignments

A wide range of extension attributes can be imported by configuration.

Important

The SAP Connector utilizes the Omada SAP Connectivity Interface, which needs to be deployed to SAP PI or SAP ECC using transports.
