SAP SuccessFactors

This connectivity package is based on the OData collector. The standard mapping allows you to retrieve identity data from SuccessFactors including identities and the organization’s hierarchy. You can also choose if the content should be returned from SuccessFactors in atom+xml or JSON format. SAP SuccessFactors data store is case-sensitive, so you can, for example, add two identical userIds, only with different letter case.

The data import (collector) supports basic authentication and is available in a default installation when you select to register a new system in Omada Identity. Note that the SuccessFactors connectivity does not currently provide the data provisioning functionality.

Supported objects and operations

The following table shows the type of identity data that can be imported to Omada Identity from SuccessFactors and the terminology used in both. This is the default mapping but you can extend the mapping according to your requirements.
