REST Relay

This connectivity package is a template relay connector and provides support for tickets management in IT service management (ITSM) systems. It allows creating tickets and querying their status using REST API.

Minimum required permissions

Access and familiarity with the target system REST API.

Implementation notes

This connector is used to create entities that represent tickets in a specific ITSM system (and then check their status). If your provisioning job contains, for example, a task to remove access, the connector will create a relevant ticket (and may also include a description to remove access to the given resource for selected users).
