Lucid

This connectivity package provides support for managing users, roles, licenses, and groups in Lucid.

Minimum required permissions

Only administrators can acquire the authorization credentials to connect to the SCIM API. To initiate the configuration process, see Lucid SCIM API.

Implementation notes

To ensure accurate provisioning, adjust the account name format:

1. From the main page in Omada Identity, go to Setup --> Master data --> Account resources.
2. Locate the account resource: Lucid Personal Account. Click Edit.
3. Change the Account name format field to: [EMAIL]
4. Click OK.
