Minimum required permissions

Only administrators can get the authorization credentials required to connect to the DocuSign eSignature API. To start the configuration, see Add Integration Keys in DocuSign documentation, and then get an access token.

Implementation notes

In DocuSign, each user can only be assigned one permission profile at a time. To change a user's permission profile, you must first remove the existing profile from their account. After that, you can request a new permission profile for them.

To ensure that account deletion is not supported for the configuration, go to the Provisioning menu and select General Settings. Select the Account Deletion Unsupported checkbox.
