Omada Identity Analytics (OIA)

Omada Identity Analytics (OIA) offers comprehensive data analytics dashboards designed to provide seamless, quick, and intuitive access to data through advanced technical innovations. To access OIA, navigate to Dashboards and Analytics in your left-side menu.

Accessing dashboards​

Once you open the dashboards, a new window opens:

  1. Dashboards: Click on the three dots to download or restore a dashboard.

  2. Information pane: Displays data based on the selected dashboard.

  3. Filters: Apply filters to customize the dashboard view. You can save new dashboards with these filters, making them public or private. Disable filters by clicking the appropriate button.

For dashboards that you have created, you will see options to Delete filter set and Update filter set.

The Resource Assignments and Identity Details dashboards are now part of Access Navigator.

Audit trail dashboard​

The Audit Trail dashboard provides detailed insights into resource assignment decisions, showing why certain access exists and who authorized it. It covers resource assignments approved during access requests or extend access requests, reviewed in surveys, evaluated during Separation of Duties processes, revoked from the identity page, or approved as part of an Initial Verdict.

Filters in Audit Trail dashboard​

Customize the displayed data using filters located on the right side of the screen. You can filter data by:

  • Decision
  • Process type
  • Resource name
  • Identity name
  • Account name
  • Identity approver name
  • Date
  • Resource classification

Open certifications dashboard​

The Open Certifications dashboard offers detailed information on ongoing access review surveys or campaigns. It helps track the progress and completion status of the recertification process.

Customize the displayed data using filters located on the right side of the screen. You can filter data by:

  • Survey status
  • Survey name
  • Survey starting date
  • Survey deadline
  • Survey question status
  • Resource name
  • Identity name
  • Account name
  • Identity approver name
  • Date
