Version: Omada Identity Cloud Private

Authentication and SSO configuration

By default, Omada Identity Cloud Private uses Microsoft Entra ID with single sign-on (SSO) through OpenID Connect for user authentication. This means that no manual configuration is required, and you can log in to Omada Identity Cloud Private using your Microsoft Entra ID credentials. This provides a seamless and secure authentication method out-of-the-box.

note

To configure authentication and SSO with alternative identity providers or protocols, refer to the authentication provider configuration documentation and its subpages. These describe how to configure cloud authentication options, including SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, and OAuth.
