Receiver names not calculated

In any email template using the built-in email properties, the [ReceiverFirstName] and [ReceiverLastName] were not replaced with the actual values.

The issue has been fixed and the [ReceiverFirstName] and [ReceiverLastName] keys should work as expected in the Access request mobile approval email used for the mobile flow for access request.
