Evaluate identity violation process error

There was an issue with initiating a new violation evaluation task after approving an SoD violation evaluation.

The problem has been resolved - the evaluation process has been updated to prevent initiation when there is only one constraint being violated and the option to revoke blocked resource assignments has been selected.
