Upgrade guide from 15.0.x to 15.0.3

Prerequisites​

You can also perform a direct upgrade from version 14.0.16 to 15.0.3 using the same steps outlined for the upgrade from 15.0.x to 15.0.3.

Overwritten application objects​

During the update process, some information in Omada Identity is overwritten. The following list shows specific objects which are overwritten as part of the upgrade from 15.0.x to 15.0.3:

  1. Changes to the mail template:
  • Added a mail template for survey export notification.
  • Added a mail template for survey background data generation notification.
  • Added a mail template for ODW cleanup job notification.
  • Added a new mail template to notify users of failed launching of approval surveys.
  1. Changes to configuration objects:
  • Added an information level filter to all logging targets in log configuration.
  1. Changes to UI actions:
  • Added a new UI action Assignment explorer.
  • Added a new form and list action Expire.
  1. Changes to applications:
  • Added a new account application for app onboarding.
  1. Changes to policy and risk check data objects:
  • Updated configuration data JSON in Risk analysis in SAP GRC.
  1. Changes to properties:
  • Added a new survey properties used when generating data in background.
  1. Other:
  • Added a new approval launch status property on access requests.
  • Added a new log property on AR target object.
  • Added a new multi-value reference property SAPCOMPOSITECHILDRESOURCES used by Risk analysis in SAP GRC.
