Issue with deprovisioning jobs

An enhancement has been implemented in the calculation of the provisioning statuses Pending Deprovisioning and Deprovisioning Failed.

Previously, the status could be set to Pending Deprovisioning in cases where there was no direct reason, and a provisioning claim had a status other than Done. With the recent update, the provisioning status will now be set to OK under these circumstances.

Similarly, the status Deprovisioning Failed could be assigned even in the absence of a direct reason, solely based on the presence of a Deprovisioning Failed claim. With the introduced changes, the provisioning status will now be set to OK in such situations.
