Possibility to update UID for system categories

We have added a new UI action that allows system administrators to update the UID of the DOT system categories.

For example, if you migrate a system that is using legacy AD collector to new AD collector, the migration will cause the creation of a new system category. Thus, it requires system administrators to update the I-IID as any related change set will fail in the next stage due to a discrepancy in the UID.
