Enhanced validation for Request Access process

The Request Access process validation has been enhanced.

Now, child resources of a compound resource are traversed. That is, when you request a compound resource, it is calculated whether a Calculated Account Resource Assignment (CARA) exists for any child permissions for which the auto-account creation is disabled.
