Disable written-request access

It is possible now to disable written access requests. To do that go to Set up > Forms and select the Request access (ed2) - Submit form.

Once open, click on the Design Form > How to request? which opens the Form field settings. From here, select the Hidden (serverside) to hide the written-text requests.
