Views - Administrated by is blocking Copy view feature

We have made the following improvements to view copying permissions:

• Users or groups selected in Administrated by can now edit view settings.

• To copy an existing view, users need both AuthRole.Create and AuthRole.View permissions. Subsequently, they are automatically added to the Administrated by group.

• Users can no longer change the Administrated by field unless they have AuthRole.Update rights.
