Upgrade steps from 12.0 or 12.1 to 12.3

When you upgrade Omada Identity from 12.0 or 12.1, the script CreateObjects.OISAudit.sql is not upgraded correctly. Because this script contains important table creation queries, it must be of the newest version when you upgrade. This means that before you upgrade from either 12.0 or 12.1 to 12.3, you must:

1. Locate and delete the script file CreateObjects.OISAudit.sql from the Support files folder in your Omada Identity Suite installation. In a default installation, the path to the file is C:\Program files\Omada Identity Suite\Datawarehouse\Support files.
2. After the upgrade to 12.3 is completed, navigate to the same location, and run the script.

If you do not delete and run this script as stated, it can cause breaking changes related to missing tables when you run the import configuration.

If you have made any customizations to the Services menu dashboard, and wish to upgrade to version 12.3, you need to back up the configuration, and manually merge the customizations after the upgrade procedure is done (that is, when all the packages in ES have been upgraded).
