Returns the ids of the role assignments, that the active user has access to, by being the owner of the roles which they are for.

Only role assignments present in this list are evaluated. Can be null.

Return Value

Type: IntegerList
Returns a list of role assignment ids. Returns null if the active user is not a role owner.
