Upgrade guide from 15.0.x to 15.0.4

You can also perform a direct upgrade from version 14.0.16 to 15.0.x using the same steps outlined for the upgrade from 15.0.x to 15.0.4.

Overwritten application objects

During the update process, some of the information in Omada Identity is overwritten. The following list shows specific objects which are overwritten as part of the upgrade from 15.0.x to 15.0.4:

1. Changes to mail templates

   • Added a mail template for cancelled access request.

2. Changes to configuration objects

   • Added a new survey reassignment configuration object.

3. Changes to UI actions

   • Added a new form and list action for requesting access for non-human identities.
   • Added a new access rights form and list action.

4. Changes to authorization role elements

   • Added the authorization role for provisioning a user role.

5. Changes to Policy and risk check data objects

   • Updated the configuration data JSON in Risk analysis in SAP GRC.

6. Changes to properties

   • Added a new set property SUB_HANDLER_TYPE.
   • Added a new reference property FLA_REQUIRED_USER_GROUPS on the form and list actions DOT.
   • Added a new property MAXVALIDITY.
   • Added a new property RA_ACCESSREFERENCEKEY.

7. Changes to data timers

   • Added a new timer Check Existing Provisioning Jobs.
   • Added a new timer Update Provisioning Task Statistics.

8. Changes to views

   • Added an access modifier Omada.OE.Solution.OIM.AppLogic.AccessModifiers.ContextObjectsAccessModifier to the Context assignments view.

9. Changes to data object types

   • Added a new ApproveAllAssignments data object type.
   • Added a new Cloud Application Gateway Instance Groups data object type.
   • Added a new property MAXVALIDITY to Resource, Resource folder, and System data object types.
   • Added a new property RA_ACCESSREFERENCEKEY on the Resource assignment data object type.

10. Changes to event definitions

    • Added a new event definition Check Existing Provisioning Jobs.
    • Added a new event definition for cleaning up access requests with failed approval survey launches.
    • Added a new event definition Update Provisioning Task Statistics.

11. Changes to survey templates

    • Added a new account type property to the access request approval survey.
