Improved performance of resource search in Access request

We have improved the performance of the resource search in the Access Request process.

Additionally, to further optimize the performance, we have introduced a new customer setting in the Access Request process. Now it is possible to limit the number of resources displayed in the Resource step. The default number is 50.
