Deprecation legacy UI

The legacy menu-based user interface (black menu/submenu navigation) will be deprecated and will no longer be supported. We encourage you to transition to the New UI before upgrading to the upcoming releases to ensure a smooth upgrade experience. This change primarily impacts navigation, layout, and user experience. The transition includes:

  • Replacement of the legacy black menu/submenu navigation with:
    • New Main menu
    • New Setup menu
  • Introduction of the new homepage experience.
    • Dashboard configuration as the homepage is no longer supported.
  • Replacement of the legacy Compliance Workbench with the new Compliance Workbench.
  • Modernized list views and form layouts in the New UI.
Important

The mandatory transition to the New UI does not automatically change customer business processes, such as:

  • Access request workflows
  • Approval processes
  • Role models
  • Policies
  • Existing configurations

However, some processes may use modernized pages within the New UI.

Customers using the New UI gain access to additional capabilities, including:

  • Tasks page. However, access can be configured independently.
  • New Access request experience

    End-of-support for the legacy Access request has been announced. Some onboarding and other processes may still require access to the legacy version.

  • New approvals
  • New identities form and list view
Technical Preview features

The following features are available as Technical Preview and only in the New UI:

  • Service Library
  • Eligibility Filtering in Access request
  • Enhanced list views and forms in the New UI Technical Preview features are subject to change and should not be used in production without proper evaluation.
