System reports
The system reports show information pertaining to systems and acts as entry reports to reports for accounts and resources belonging to the system. A system is a uniquely definable IT system such as a (specific) corporate Active Directory.
WSY001 System list
This reports lists the available systems with their name, description, and source.
WSY001 fields

| Name | Full name of the system. This field links to the System details report. |
| Description | The description for the system. |
| Type | Type of the system. |
| Source | The source system the system has been imported through. |
| Classification tags | The custom classification of the systems (for example, according to their criticality). |
| Import time | The time when the data for the system was last successfully imported. |
WSY001 parameters

| Effective time | The time the report is effective. Change the time to see another from time. Click View Report to refresh after changing this parameter. |
| Type | In the Type parameter, choose from Application or System. An application is a system that been defined as logical. |
| Name | Use the Name parameter to search for a specific system. This searches the name column. Supports wildcards. |
WSY002 System details
This report lists the details of a particular system including the number of resources, accounts and resource assignments associated with the system.

The system details report is accessed from the any report that contains references to a system. The Account details report for example will contain a link to the system details reports for the system the account belongs to.

| Accounts | Number of accounts for the system at the effective time. This field links to the account list. |
| Resources | Number of resources in the system at the effective time. This field links to the resource list. |
| Resource assignments | Number of resource assignments for the system at the effective time. This field links to the resource assignment list. |
| Classification tags | The custom classification of the systems (for example, according to their criticality). |

| Trend from | The from time used for the trend graph and matrix. Change the time to see data in another period. Click View Report after changing this parameter to refresh. |
| Include indirect resource assignments | If this is unchecked only the direct resource assignment is shown in the trend and counted in the table. |
| Show trend | Controls if the trend chart is shown or not. If hidden, the trend graph queries will not be executed which improves performance. |
