My reports

Reports in this section show the same types of data as the Context, Systems, and Data quality reports, however, the data is filtered for the specific user.

The required security is set through parameters and implicit rights from the AD or Omada Identity users.

The following reports are available:

• Audit trail for resource assignments - this report shows details of decisions that have affected the given user’s resource assignments.
• Dual assignments in my systems - this report lists any dual resource assignments in the user’s systems.
• Empty groups in my systems - this report lists any empty groups in the user’s systems.
• My contexts - this report shows information pertaining to the user’s contexts.
• My identities - this report shows information pertaining to the identities managed by the user, also including the user's own identity.
• My systems - this report shows information pertaining to the user’s systems.
• Orphan accounts in my systems - this report lists any orphan accounts in the user’s systems.
• Orphan groups in my systems - this report lists any orphan groups in the user’s systems.
• Stale accounts in my systems - this report lists any inactive accounts in the user’s systems. By default, accounts that have not logged on in the last 60 days are shown.
