Operations
The Operations guide is aimed at system administrators that run the daily maintenance and operations of Omada Identity Cloud.
The Operations Guide includes descriptions of particular areas that you should include in your daily operations, for example the locations of logs or the transport system of importing and merging changesets.
Operating Omada Identity
When you have installed the Omada Identity and have completed the initial configuration of the system, handling the daily operations and maintenance of the system may be the next important element to get your organization’s system up and running.
This guide introduces a many activities that a system administrator could or should go through to keep the data flow running and the system online. The tasks include:
- Investigating system logs and system statistics to investigate system errors
- Transporting configuration between systems
- Checking the status of process data
- Adding a changeset to change configuration/functionality
- Installing and maintaining translations of user interface texts
- Investigating system statistics
Omada Identity provides Operations dashboard which enables operations administrators to see a quick overview of the individual states, both in relation to tasks with problems, but also the throughput of the three main engines. For more information, refer to the Analytics guide.
