Manage process templates
Editing a process template
Follow these steps to edit a process template:

Select the process template in the Process templates view list.

Click the Edit button to open the Process templates dialog box.

Work with the basic setup of the process template or to access the activities of the process template and the Process Designer.
Context menu options
The context menu opens when you click the three dots icon for the relevant process template and provides the following options:
| Option | Description |

| Activities in process | Allows you to work with the activities for the process template. |
| Edit | Opens the Edit process template view, similar to the Edit button in the top left-hand corner of the interface. |
| Delete | Allows you to delete the process template. The process template will be deleted and removed from the list. All activities, transitions and events related to the process will also be deleted. |
| Event actions | Allows you to you view events and actions within the given template. |
| History | Allows you to see the history of objects and actions taken within the selected process template. |
| Move | With the Move functionality, you can choose a new location for the objects of this process template within the tree structure, similar to the one selected in Location of the process instances. |
| Allows you to print the selected process template in PDF format | |
| Process Designer | Opens the process template in the process designer. |
| Process Diagram | Opens a read-only diagram of the process template. |
| Reference tree | Shows the reference tree for the selected process template. You can select whether the reference direction is Outgoing, Incoming (or Both). Also, you can select grouping by Data object type, Property and No grouping. |
| Security | Allows you to view and edit the security setup for the process template. All users can view the user permissions. If you have the necessary access rights, you can also modify the security settings. |
| Sent emails | Provides the list of the email messages sent in relation to the process running according to the selected process template. |
| Transitions | Allows you to work with the transitions for the process template. |
